Introduction

Legal Branch in every Public / Private Institution has retain a backbone importance. Our core Principles or purpose is to help the Department to govern well within the sphere of law. FDA is currently dealing of multi nature of litigation including civil, criminal, corporate, taxation, constitutional, labor, and revenue cases.Currently, a good team of legal branch is performing duties in efficient manner. Legal Cell ensure liaison with FDA and court and expeditiously implements / challenging the orders and decrees within the limitations.

Function of Legal Cells

• Legal Cell is responsible for providing legal services and legal advice to FDA, its other directorates and employees.
• Management of litigation, including documentation, preparation and drafting.
• Protection of authority’s rights and interests in different courts.
• Ensuring the compliance of court orders in its true letter and spirit.
