Introduction

Town Planning-II Directorate is one of the most important Directorate of Faisalabad Development Authority, Faisalabad headed by the competent and enthusiastic Director. The Directorate plays a vital role in the service delivery to the people of District Faisalabad through efficient City and District Planning. 

Functions

At present, Town Planning Directorate-II, FDA Faisalabad is performing the following functions under the provision of Punjab Development of Cities Act 1976 (amended in 2014), Punjab Private Housing Schemes & Land Sub-Division Rules 2010 (Amended 2013), Punjab Development Authorities Private Housing Schemes Rules 2021 and Punjab Development Authorities Land Use Rules 2020.

• Approval of Private Housing Schemes/Land Sub-Division in the controlled area of Faisalabad.
• Actions against illegal Housing Schemes/Land Sub-Divisions in the controlled area of Faisalabad.
